Privacy Policy

Your personal growth data should stay yours.

What Northday stores

Northday stores the information you add to your account: tasks, goals, habits, freedom streaks, journal entries, calendar events, vision boards, uploaded images, progress reports and account settings.

Private by default

Your Northday data belongs to your account. Other members cannot see your tasks, goals, habits, journal entries, vision boards or progress photos. Journal entries are private by default and can also be protected with a PIN inside the product.

Uploads and public links

Images you upload for vision boards or progress reports are kept with your account. If you create a public progress share link, that specific progress card can be viewed by anyone with the link. You should only share progress photos you are comfortable making public.

Export and deletion

You can download a JSON export of your account data from Settings. You can also delete your account from Settings; deletion removes private records and associated uploads handled by the account deletion flow.
